Outdoor sessions – Second Glance will discuss with the Client during telephone consultation the location and what time the session will take place.
It is essential that the Client arrives at the agreed time – there is only a small window of time for outdoor sessions due to preferred lighting conditions.
Up to 15 minutes of lateness will be accepted. Depending on other commitments this time may be taken off of your session. – Second Glance reserves the right to cancel and the non-refundable retainer fee will be lost

The Client is responsible for covering their own costs including travel, car park fees etc.
In case of bad weather- forecast/warning or on the day the session will be rescheduled for a different date.
Please note that it is still ok for sessions to go ahead with overcast skies but rain is usually a cancelling factor.
Cancellation - It must be clearly communicated and confirmed between Second Glance and the Client that the session is cancelled and a new session agreed.
Travel costs to an MK postcode and areas covered by South Nothants district Council, are included in your session fee. Additional travel cost can be charged – depending on the distance.
A location, if appropriate, has to be established during the consultation. This allows Second Glance to contact venue/place and establish whenever additional permission is required to photograph.
